About Marco:

Marco has spent more than 25 years in product development within major R&D organizations, including Hewlett-Packard and Cisco Systems (high-speed fiber optic systems). He joined Flex in 2006 as innovation director leading its Concept, Mechanical & System Engineering organization in Milan.  His teams successfully brought to market 30+ products, from glucose meters to drug delivery devices. Since 2015, Marco has managed the Sensors & Actuators team, dedicated to technology roadmap definition and innovation scouting to accelerate design cycle and optimize product performance. He holds an MS degree in Electrical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and a Master’s in Project Management from GWU. He is passionate about technology and enjoys building things in his own lab in his free time.
